The Cave adventures of Mikkel (Manni)

So i was doing an AV out of boredom and i while i was climbing some mountains i found this cave wich ive never noticed before..

I started killing the harpys in the cave for no purpose at all except seeing where the end would lead me.
While talking with Thisonesugly about the cave i suddenly found a dangerous foe wich had no intet of letting me pass.

So here it is people!
The great MONSTER YETI OF ALTERACVALLEY!!!

Never heard or seen that mob before, but after u posting that screenie and some light research here is what i found.

Drops are not updated to Wotlk, but seems like he would drop a blue item every now and then.
